Environmental Impact: A Youth Art Exhibition

At the David Brower Center.

The David Brower Center (2150 Allston Way, Berkeley) has been in the midst of its Common Ground exhibition, a show celebrating the National Park Service’s 100th birthday, since the end of May. And on July 1, it will add a pop-up exhibition to the mix. The show, Environmental Impact: A Youth Art Exhibition, will feature fifteen Berkeley High School students and hold an opening reception on Friday, July 8, from 6:30–8:30p.m. See what these kids have to say about their relationship with the natural environment, and show support for art education and for The Brower Center’s constant dedication to “using art to advocate for the beauty, diversity, and ecological integrity of Earth.” If you miss the reception, the show will continue through July 31.
