Same here...we're a small CPA firm in Illinois that for 35 years has done everything right....given top priority to customer service; hired the best of customer orientated staff; staying on top of the ever changing tax and business environment; kept on the cutting edge of technology; involved in client's society and foundation and education departments by giving our time and talents...we must have been doing something right else we could not have sustained a 9%-10% annual growth rate for 35 sustained years!! Yet the ONE negative review by ONE client still remains in full view while TEN 5 star reviews are deeply hidden. How is this fair? Where is the Small Business, Hard working entreprenuer right of fair speech? Where is the right to challenge YELPs mystical algorithms? Why should I have to PAY anything to them in order to have the positive reviews shown instead of hidden? Definitely include us in a class action lawsuit...all small business owners should be up in arms over this and continue to take it to the courts!!
