East Bay Cooks: Signature Recipes

This Thursday, head to A Great Good Place for Books in Montclair to get your hands on your very own signed copy of the brand new cookbook East Bay Cooks, which was just released last Monday. It’s the newest book from James Beard award-winning food writer Carolyn Jung, who will be discussing her book along with Emily Buysse, owner of Batch Pastries in Montclair. The book features many of Jung’s favorite dishes from a total of 40 East Bay restaurants, bars, and bakeries like Tay Ho, Noodle Theory, Nido, East End Pizza, and Duende. It’s part cookbook, part love letter to the East Bay’s burgeoning and diverse food scene. —Katherine Hamilton
