Re: “Battle Royale Starts to Erupt Among California's Legalization Factions

Those who truly have a sense of compassion and want to see justice for all those families who have loved ones who were, and still are victims of the drug war. They know which initiative addresses their issues.

There is and always has been a core of seriously devoted advocates who have been fighting to end the prohibition of cannabis hemp for well over a couple decades. Especially here in California. Ed Adair, Jack Herer, and Chris Conrad just to name a few. Some have passed, and many more still remain while the numbers continue to grow daily.

I see Stephan Deangelo was quoted as being in favor of the Regualte Tax and control campaign. Which in all honesty everyone knows is the east bay prop-19 or Reform Ca group. Who recently sent me an E-Mail asking for money for paid petitioners. Two months ago they had the funding, now they don't.

Stephan Deangelo was at Jack Herer's funeral. Says he was close friends with Jack and was his dear friend. Then why doesn't he support the Initiative Jack himself fought for and dedicated his life to? Does he not operate the largest dispensary in California and quite possibly the world? You'd think such a dear friend would understand and sincerely wish to help see his hard work become a reality.

There are many amongst the cannabis community and culture who have herd the battle cries. Everyone has seen the mass levels of corruption and greed amongst the wealthy 1% who are attempting to monopolize on the worlds largest cannabis market here in California.

It's no coincidence that the DPA and MPP just recently backed out of funding, you guessed it, the same old east bay prop-19, Reform Ca campaign. They just recently announced this new partnership with Snatchster's founder and 1 percent'er Sean Parker.

The initiative they are proposing has very little to do with legalization and has everything to do with control. We are not just talking about recreational use for responsible adults. We are talking about having absolute control, and the potential to patent the #Cannabis #Hemp #Seed through #Genetic #Modification. I mean the DPA - Drug Policy Alliance is funded directly by George Soros. George Soros is one of the major shareholders in the worlds largest GM Seed bio-technology corporation known as Monsanto.

Rule #1? Always follow the money. The CCHI has been around for over 25 years. You see, a grassroots political movement is not written up in a few days by some high paid lobbyists and fancy lawyers doing the bidding of one of the richest and greediest people on the planet.

The CCHI's only drawback is not its language, it's not the campaign or leadership. It's not a lack of finances. Any well off John Doe can pay a few lawyers to write the language for a legalization initiative and pay petitioners to insure it qualifies for the ballot.

No the CCHI's biggest issues in successfully qualifying for the ballot in the past has to do with the mass injection of money into politics and the ever changing political climate that was distorted because of it.

You see the CHI, CCHI or Jack Herer initiative is and has always been the peoples initiative. It has always relied heavily on grassroots political activism and unpaid volunteers made up of the average citizenry of California.

It requires people taking action in liberating the cannabis hemp plant for themselves versus having some high paid lobbying group or wealthy tycoon do it for them. The California Cannabis Hemp Initiative 2016 needs concerned, dedicated and motivated everyday Californians to get up, stand up and demand the change we want to see.

The California Cannabis hemp initiative is, and has always been that real change we all want to see. Clean sustainable and renewable energy and fuel. Healthier top soils and cleaner air. Non toxic Medicine. The most nutritional seed humans can possibly eat. Drought, weed, and pest resistant crops that grow in any climate. It has over 50,000 applicable uses in modern society today and most importantly would create thousands If not millions of jobs in California.

The hemp industry in California has the potential to be a trillion dollar industry. The 2015 fiscal overview for the CCHI written by the attorney general says -

• Reduced costs ranging from tens of millions of dollars to potentially exceeding $100 million annually to state and local governments related to enforcing certain marijuana-related offenses, handling the related criminal cases in the court system, and incarcerating and supervising certain marijuana offenders.
• Net additional state and local tax revenues of potentially up to the low hundreds of millions of dollars annually related to the production and sale of marijuana, some of which would be required to be spent for specific purposes including regulating the marijuana industry and education services.

If the CCHI doesn't speak directly to your heart and doesn't get you excited about unleashing the raw potential of the cannabis hemp plant and righting the so many undeniable wrongs of the past in the best way possible.i don't know if anything will. By freeing not only the cannabis hemp plant for all people, but also freeing all the people wrongfully imprisoned or under incarceration for the use, cultivation or sale of cannabis hemp. That's progress we all want to see.

There is a team of dedicated people in California dedicated to ending cannabis hemp prohibition, 100% for the 99%, it's all the unpaid volunteers over at the only grassroots political movement working to truly end cannabis hemp prohibition in 2016 equally and proportionately in all facets.

You can also be a part of that dedicated team by going to cchi2016.org and clicking the volunteer or donate buttons today. United we stand, divided we fall.
Get up, Stand up, and be herd today!

The CCHI has already begun circulating the the official petitions to qualify it for the 2016 presidential ballot. Please go to the website and click the volunteer form and fill out completely. You will be put in touch with one of the 100+ statewide - local and regional coordinators who will assist you in getting started in collecting signatures ASAP.
