I will NEVER vote for bike lanes, etc. think Critical Mass. A buch of self centered cyclists saying "screw you" to everyone else. Then, when you put lane in the cyclists move over to the next lane "because we are allowed to!" Uh, not unless you can maintain the speed of the traffic. Oh, I have ridden thousands of miles so I have some understanding of bikes and riding. David Bell, Oakland

Sounds like either mental illness or an addiction to stuff that is beyond her means. And reminds me of Lindsay Lohan who shoplifted a $2500 piece of jewelery. But I grew up in Santa Monica during the Dogtown era and always have said that it was rich kids who would steal from you. They have a "need" to have everything they see!
