DAIMO manages to be everything to everyone. The 500-item menu contains hundreds of variations on low-priced Cantonese noodle dishes, soups, and congee (rice porridge), as well as costlier dinner entrées. The restaurant is sparkling clean, fast, and fresh, but don't expect white tablecloth style or service: It's hard to track down the overworked servers. Especially good are the roast meats and seafood, caught to order from a wall of fish tanks and prepared to your specifications.
