DAIMO manages to be everything to everyone. The 500-item menu contains hundreds of variations on low-priced Cantonese noodle dishes, soups, and congee< (rice porridge), as well as costlier dinner entrées. The restaurant is sparkling clean, fast, and fresh, but don't expect white tablecloth style or service: It's hard to track down the overworked servers. Especially good are the roast meats and seafood, caught to order from a wall of fish tanks and prepared to your specifications.
