This workshop offers meditation practices, experiential exercises, and discussion designed to help people build skills for connecting with their own good nature and learning how to extend that kindness to others. We will see how building the heart can build courage and the willingness to engage each moment more fully. Open to all levels of students. Instructor: Erika Rosenberg.
