Civic Arts Education 45th Anniversary Exhibition 

When: Dec. 3-21 2008

Established in 1963, Walnut Creek's Civic Arts education program now serves some 16,000 city residents annually; it's the largest community art program in Northern California, offering classes in computer, dance, drama, and music as well as visual arts for adults and children. This exhibition features work by its 52 artist/teachers in all media (oil, watercolor, pastel, photography, ceramics, illustration, glassware, jewelry, book art and sculpture), and all styles and subject matter (landscapes, florals, portraits, figures, still lives).
