Chron Asks Public About Water Rationing

Now that the East Bay water district has imposed mandatory 19 percent cutbacks on water use, the San Francisco Chronicle's Carolyn Jones wandered around the suburbs, asking homeowners how or even whether they'll comply with the ruling. First up: a Danville contractor who says he's keeping the lawn and the pool. Good luck with that, Danville contractor! Maybe you can fight off the water cops with your nail gun.
