Celebration of Autumn! One Day Only Staff Pick

Despite warm temperatures in recent weeks, fall is in full swing — and Chef Paul Canales of Duende is here to help with a specially crafted autumnal menu. Canales has partnered with Ric and Elaine Tombari of Cooks Company Produce to create a six-course meal featuring local, seasonal produce. Kick things off with a cava cocktail with fruit essence, followed by courses like marinated olives with Marcona almonds, lamb jamón with preserved late summer vegetable condimento, late summer fruit salad with smoked burrata and leek ash, wild nettle pasta with duck and pumpkin, and paella with rabbit, merguez sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes, and chestnuts. Dessert is buckwheat crepes with roasted apples, quince, and hazelnuts. Wine pairings are also available for an additional cost. Grab your tickets on Eventbrite.
