A16 Rockridge says arrivederci to 2013 on New Year’s Eve with a festive six-course holiday meal. Using choice seasonal ingredients, executive chef Rocky Maselli will prepare special dishes such as roasted goat with turnip purée, parsnips, and fried rosemary; carrot sformato with braised winter greens, salsify, and pistachio-dragoncello; and mascarpone-rum semifreddo with espresso chocolate cookie crumbs and chocolate rum sauce. The restaurant will stay open past midnight for those who want to ring in the New Year.
