Slow Food starts a conversation that has all the relevance in the world.... where does your food come from? how was it grown or prepared? Yes! there is an appreciation of the cultures and heritages of artisan made foods. once upon a time people took pride in the food they grew, cooked and ate.

Americans have to learn take pride in the food they eat again! sadly, somewhere along the way.... we have lost this... by demanding cheap poorly made food over healthy-organic-fairly-paid-to-the-farmer-and-the-worker-food...

good clean and fair... says a lot to me. Sorry you missed the amazing experience of Slow Food Nation. Donna
