Re: “Berkeley Patients Group, Unbowed

I'm stunned that EBX didn't put in fine print "this is a paid for advertisement." This article is the biggest bunch of marketing BS. EBX should be ashamed to call itself an alternative news source.

It was the state of CA that forced the pollution cleanup on that site, a few years ago, not BPG. As far as BPG being a good neighbor, that remains to be proven. They've only been open since December 2012. As far as BPG contributing to the security of the area, where's the statistical proof to back up that flimsy claim?!

Here are the crime stats from December 1 - Feb 21 in the area that BPG is located. Looks to me like BPG isn't doing much to contribute to "security.",4560026.159086108&z=14&mc=world-street&cc=AR,AS,BU,DP,DR,DU,FR,HO,VT,RO,SX,TH,VA,VB,WE&db=12/01/2012&de=2/21/2013&loc=2366+San+Pablo+Ave,+Berkeley,+CA,+94710&br=0.5

Also see this:,AS,BU,DP,DR,DU,FR,HO,VT,RO,SX,TH,VA,VB,WE&add=2366 San Pablo Ave, Berkeley, CA, 94710&bcy=4560131.259999998&bcx=-13613300.826299999&br=0.5&xmin=-13619334.574220253&ymin=4557670.943152075&xmax=-13607104.649694642&ymax=4562381.375020142

All this "article" is about is alerting people to the new location & providing lengthy advertisement for BPG with some skewed positive PR spin. I only have one question for EBX and the author of this marketing smoke and mirrors write up -- "How much did you charge BPG for this so called 'article?'"
