Book Reading and Signing. Professor Theresa L. Geller, Grinnell College and Affiliated Scholar with the Beatrice Bain Research Group at UC Berkeley, will read from her book on the FOX television series, THE X-FILES. In her lecture, "Scary Monsters and Super Creeps," Geller discusses memorable horror-filled episodes and how they challenged viewers to reconsider ideas about race, gender, and nation in their various monsters of the week.
