Birds on the Farallones

When: Thu., Jan. 19, 6:30-8:30 p.m. 2017
Price: Free, $5 donation for non-members
The Farallones are truly wild, hosting the largest seabird colony in the contiguous U.S., seals, sea lions, white sharks, and terrestrial species. Guest speaker Russ Bradley is the Farallon program leader and a senior scientist for Point Blue Conservation Science. He has spent over 1,600 days on the Farallon Islands. This is the first in a number of Centennial-year speakers on issues deeply entwined with Golden Gate Audubon Society’s history. The event is free for all GGAS members.
