The Guild of Oakland Space Cat Voters

They are glossy, brightly colored handbills on thick card-stock. They’re a public service of the Guild of Oakland Space Cat Voters, a loose crew of civic-minded underground techno lifers in the East Bay who compile the progressive voter guides come election season.
