Your mu-shu-weary taste buds will appreciate the chance to explore uncharted territory, revealing a whole new way to enjoy scrumptious noodles, curry, stir-fried veggies, and grilled seafood and meats. Nan Yang's menu actually covers cuisine from the entire South Pacific region -- Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and of course, Burma (or Myanmar) -- and offers many familiar dishes (such as samosas, hot and sour soup, and chicken curry) with an unfamiliar twist. Nan Yang is best known for its wide variety of tasty garlic noodle dishes served with various toppings, including prawns, tofu, and, most deliciously juicy mango.
