Whose interests are these "activists" defending other than their own?

Meanwhile the city's policies and "greedy" developers would help keep the benefits of the ARRA money awarded to UC energy research in Berkeley, provide jobs for UC graduates and Berkeley residents, improve the city's fiscal health, not to mention fostering clean energy solutions - furthering the city's environmental mission as part of the Green Corridor and Climate Action movement.

Cities evolve and change and Berkeley is long overdue.
