Berkeley World Music Festival comes to Telegraph Avenue

FREE! 9th Annual Berkeley World Music Festival

Saturday, June 2, Noon - 9 pm showcases Bay Area's finest artists. A dazzling mix of café and sidewalk performances, plus featured concert (1 -6 pm) in People's Park with headliners: 6-time Grammy nominee Maria Muldaur with her red hot Bluesiana Band and Cuban sensation Fito Reinoso y su Ritmo Armonia. Opening act is Druid Sisters Tree Party's riveting Celtic-Gypsy grooves.

Whether it's Bouchaib Abdelhadi (Morrocan & Sufi), Patrick Landeza (Hawaiian), Sadza Marimba & Mbira (Zimbabwean Dance Music), Trio Garufa (Tango), Fely Tchaco (AfroPop), French Gypsy Jazz, Asian Fusion, Klezmer, Balkan and more + crafts bazaar, there's something for everyone!
