Re: “[UPDATED] BREAKING: The San Francisco Examiner Closes in on Purchase of San Francisco Bay Guardian

Well if this pans out it would be really big news, but so far it looks like it's only a possibility and not a fact. I'll wait before commenting more substantially.

Re: “Are SmartMeters Dangerous, Too?

at some point in the future pg&e + others plan to communicate directly with your appliances. i believe they will employ what's called dirty electricity to do this. what that means is that they will piggyback along the wiring in your house to achieve their ends and that means a profusion of emf's where you and your family live. this technique also may be applied to cellular transmission outdoors, along power lines.

Re: “Are SmartMeters Dangerous, Too?

I have learned that some people are advocating that people put a lock on the main power switch in their house so that when the PG&E truck (or their subcontractors, which they sneakily use to avoid public notice --no signage on truck) comes around they are unable to install the meter, since it is necessary to first shut off the power briefly. This is clearly within owner's property rights and may also be a route renters could take legally. Direct action is where it's at people, until the health issues are fully sorted out.
