American Black Beauty Doll Artists' Annual Festival of Black Dolls

This cultural celebration showcases the craft of black doll making. The one-day collectibles event features the handiwork of local doll makers and shines a spotlight on African American dolls. This year's festival will feature dolls and an exhibit on Ruby Bridges, the iconic girl that desegregated the all-white William Frantz Elementary School in Louisiana in 1960.
