Police have issued an Amber Alert for 8-month-old Sebastian Mosqueda and his 18 year-old mother Monserrat Caracoza, who were allegedly kidnapped by the boy's 23-year-old father, Pedro Mosqueda. Apparently, the father snuck through a window of the Caracoza family home in Tulare County. He grabbed the child and drove off in a 1991 red Honda Civic, with California license plate number 5VoY539. The mother was snatched when she ran after them. Police say the parents notified police after they heard yelling. California Highway Patrol issued an Amber Alert for Mosqueda's car in Kern, Tulare, Fresno, and Kings counties. He has two outstanding warrants for domestic violence.
