Alameda South Shore Center's Playground Debut

Alameda South Shore Center, the family-friendly destination for shopping, dining and entertainment located on the banks of the San Francisco Bay, is debuting the Center’s first playground. A celebratory ribbon-cutting ceremony, presided over by the mayor of Alameda and community representatives, will take place on Saturday, January 28 from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Alameda South Shore Center has also partnered with Alameda Education Foundation to welcome local school children to be the first to play on the playground immediately after the ribbon-cutting.
