African Dance Workshop

When: Fri., Dec. 28, 10:30 a.m. 2007
Price: free

Her mosaics and collages have drawn praise from the president of her native Ghana, but Nana-Dictta Graves' talents span many art forms. She began dancing at age two; went on to earn university degrees in theater, dance, cultural studies, and art; and has performed and exhibited her work in solo exhibitions all over the world. Now the city of Pittsburg's official dance instructor, Graves hosts a one-hour African dance workshop for kids age three and up at the Pittsburg Library (80 Power Ave., Pittsburg) at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 28.
