And to the person who tried to explain the point of the articles comparison regarding statistics and how they change over time, I got that. I still strongly feel that a totally different approach should have been taken to get the same point across. The author could have used statistics from alcohol prohibition and even pointed out the reasons people developed attitudes of intolerance toward marijuana. It was a very immature and far reaching comparison to attempt.

I agree with many others here, this is the lamest attempt at a comparison I have ever seen. To the author: It is like neither. It is however a lot like the prohibition on alcohol. wow..what schools are these new journalists graduating from? I want to avoid them.
