Felony charges for "possession with intent to sell" does not mean they have to see you trying to sell, and it has nothing to do with how much marijuana you've got. You can be standing, doing nothing more, and have 2 grams of marijuana and still be charged with this felony, if those 2 grams are in separate bags. That's why Torribio carefully says, "numerous baggies" - which can be 2. A good lawyer can usually raise defenses against this type of felony charge, but if you can't afford bail, and you want to get out of jail, the DA forces you to plead to the felony. It's another form of racism.
