Kathleen - Thank you for this fantastic article! Cross-contamination of gluten-free foods in restaurants is a big issue, and at the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness, we've been working to combat that problem. We empower consumers to be like you and Lynn Carp - asking questions and never taking the "gluten-free" label on a menu for granted. We also have a gluten-free restaurant training program called GREAT Kitchens, which we just updated with even more information about cross-contamination avoidance. We are so glad to see you bring attention to this important topic. Keep up the GREAT work!
