Re: “Swalwell Maintains Trump Colluded With Russia; 'Sue me,' He Tells President

@Vivian Khan --
Respectfully, I won't disagree in essence with your dislike of President Trump. I did not vote for him and he does do many things that at best are very irritating.

But, to me, the issue here is about Eric Swalwell, not President Trump. Swalwell continues to claim that he has secret information that apparently Mueller missed after two years and hundreds of FBI interviews. Note that it is a felony to lie to the FBI. Mueller concluded there was not a conspiracy. Period. Time to move on.

Instead, Eric Swalwell choses day after day to grandstand on CNN/MSNBC. To me this is disgusting behavior and not useful for our country. A good representative would move on to more useful representation of his constituents.

Swalwell was elected from a district that has a balanced split of liberal voters and conservative voters. He was elected first in 2012, winning with a vote split of 52% / 48%. That's a balanced district. We need more balance, not more grandstanding publicity seeking politicians.

I did NOT elect Eric Swalwell to be an idiot going on CNN nightly to claim conspiracy theories. I cannot wait to vote him out.

Re: “Swalwell Maintains Trump Colluded With Russia; 'Sue me,' He Tells President

Eric Swalwell has proven himself to be a stealth politician. He was elected to a district that is balanced in political views, even rather conservative, at least compared to much of California. But he has now made it clear that he is much farther left, much more radical than the district population that elected him.

And it's now clear that he is primarily motivated to see his face and quotes on media and regularly gives extremely strong liberal comments, such as his regular appearances on MSNBC. He teases about running for President...

While running in 2012, Mr. Swalwell talked about governing with a moderate point of view that was a good fit for his district. That has not happened; just the opposite.

I live in his district and I have voted against him since he was elected in 2012. OK -- he won -- good for him. But -- he very poorly represents my views and the views of the 47.9% of this district that voted for his opponent in 2012.

Mr. Swalwell needs to be voted out. He is not representing his district well at all.
