Re: “Toxic Relationship

Thank you Jean Tepperman, for another comprehensive and well researched article. Yes, we need to start planning for just transition yesterday. As therapists know, the first step to dealing with a toxic relationship, after addressing denial, is establishing a clear escape route, ideally several alternative routes.

Re: “Anti-Racist Reading List

"How to be an antiracist" is great too gives a lot of historical context and a whole framework for thinking about what's happened and what to do.
Also by Ibram Kendi who's represented on your list.

Re: “Unions Join Companies to Oppose Richmond Coal Ban

Thank you Jean Tepperman for this clear exposition of the political currents around the coal ban. It makes me wonder whether any of these workers opposing the ban have children. They are hanging on to the sinking ship of coal.

Thank you for this Jean Tepperman! As the saying goes, the devil is in the details. I hope everyone will go to oakland2030.com, read the City's draft plan and comment on the deficiencies pointed out in this comprehensive article.

Re: “Dredging the Carquinez to Accommodate Oil

Thank you Jean Tepperman for once again exposing a public action going in the exact opposite direction to saving civilization as we know it from the Climate Crisis.

Re: “Our November 2018 Election Endorsement Cheat Sheet

This is great, really helpful. I may not agree with everything but it gives me more to think about. The hardest section for me is the judges! Do you folks analyze the judges "races" at all?
