Re: “Monica's Victims

The Davis Bacon Act is out dated, needs major overhaul. All 50 States' prevailing wages are just not really prevailing! Let's do some simple math" the average of $60 and $25 is $42.5. No State agencies have done their statistical analysis correctly, they all fail to protect taxpayers' dollars. No federal and State laws shall favor Union or non-Union workers only. All educational opportunities shall be available for all, inlcude Union and non-Union workers. Or, the most simple way to deal with this is; to stipulate laws that require all electricians to be paid at $60/hour, either Union or not. Then, every electricians shall be happy, but how about the taxpayers, how about other trades......

The major un-biased overhaul of Davis Bacon Act is the only solution. A solution that must eliminate this unfair advantage as being a Union member that who can unrestlessly receive highly pay from the public shall be removed.

Lastly. Do you want to find a janitor position that pays $100,000 a year; BART offers this position. but you needs to be a Union member.
