At UC Berkeley's PhoebeA.HearstMuseum on Saturday, Oct. 10, "99 Bottles of Beer: Global Brewing Traditions, 2500 BC to the Present" is a symposium at which scholars and brewmasters discuss suds-related history, manufacture, and social rituals, with a tasting fair throughout the day.
