Jingle bells, jingle bells -- it's Jingletown, the historic Oakland-Alameda-border neighborhood between the Park and Fruitvale Street bridges. For its third annual Holiday Art Walk, more than two dozen artists will hold all-day open studios on Dec. 6 and 7, with an opening reception at Gallery 4:20 (420 Peterson St., Oakland) on Dec. 5. Participating artists include jewelers, photographers, sculptors, ceramicists, and many others. Reception 6 p.m.; open studios 11 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Jingletown.org
