Sinaloa is your one-stop taco food, with two taco trucks and a restaurant, Taqueria Sinaloa, in a parking lot. While there are many good taco trucks, Sinaloa has a wider variety than most. Located at the corner of bustling International Boulevard and 22nd Avenue, the tacos, ceviche, tortas, and burritos are hard to beat. Recently painted bright orange, the truck closest to International sells cuisine of the meaty variety: tortas, burritos, quesadillas, and tacos with lengua (tongue), cabeza (head), asada (beef), and carnitas (pork). The back truck, Mariscos Estilo Sinaloa, sells seafood. Fish tacos are $1.25, ceviche (fish or shrimp) are $3 and the fish burrito is $4 (guacamole is an extra $.75). One of the rare taco trucks where you can actually find a place to sit (outside the restaurant), and it has a couple of high chairs to boot.
