Bancroft Library Reopens with Mark Twain Exhibit

UC Berkeley's Bancroft Library has been shut down since 2005, undergoing a seismic renovation. On December 1, it will celebrate its reopening with a new exhibit of Mark Twain, whose papers the library was stoked to get a few year ago. The exhibit will focus on Twain's private leisure activities and explore how the rhythms of his life, his personal relationships, and his extraordinary cigar appetite informed his writings.
