Bay Bridge Commuters Turning to Carpools, Mass Transit

Here's something encouraging: according to the Oakland Tribune, car traffic on the Bay Bridge has actually declined, and not because the economy is gasping for air. Instead, commuters are carpooling up and taking BART more than ever before. Experts are still debating just how much the high cost of gas has to do with the shift to mass transit.
