Bands4Bands, a coalition of local bands that try to help promote one another, will hold its 10th annual awards program on Saturday, Mar. 20, at the Oakland Metro. All-female Ramones tribute the Hormones will headline; other performers include Analog Soul, Hands of Time, Hemorage, In the Absence, and Mystic Rage, plus live burlesque by Original Sin. Ceremony starts at 7 p.m., $7.
