On Saturday, February 12, De Anza College is organizing an all-day Valentine's Wine and Chocolate Tour, which includes tastings at Rosenblum Cellars, JC Cellars, and Dasche Cellars, lunch, and a pairing of red wine with Scharffen Berger chocolate. The Pasta Shop will be offering a Valentine's Menu of takeout foods from February 10-14, including grilled salmon with Meyer lemon sauce and beef roulade with wild mushrooms and roasted shallots.
