They all seem to make the same claim: "Best coverage in your area" is sort of the catch-all marketing message of every cell-phone advertisement. As easy as it is to dismiss these types of claims, in the case of Verizon Wireless it does seem that the company is putting money behind its message. In many areas where other carriers can't provide, Verizon comes through with clear service. The East Bay Hills can be a mixed bag for cellphone users (perhaps that's a good thing, with all those curvy roads), but the Verizon signal seems to carry. When that annoying guy in the competitors' commercials asks, "Can you hear me now?," the answer for Verizon subscribers is more often than not "yes."
