Opt for the hot, juicy momos, the crunchy samosas, the smoky chicken chhoilla, the richly spiced cauliflower-potato aloo gobi, and bhatura, a pillowy fried bread served with spicy garbanzos. The honey-drizzled naan makes a fine dessert. Brief beer and wine list; uninspiring high-ceilinged industrial storefront setting.
