Concord has a healthy number of taquerias, but Memos is the first Mexican restaurant in the city to lay down the white tablecloths and use the nice glasses. Skip the forgettable burritos and quesadillas and try the Guadalajara-born chefs wonderful ceviche, nopales salad, prawns al diablo, and the pièce de résistance, which you shouldnt resist: a chicken pipián in a pumpkin-seed mole passed down from the Aztecs.
