Warm, golden Luna shines brightly in downtown Concord. The Italian restaurant manages to properly put out a huge menu with a tiny staff and minuscule kitchen. Most of the household-name, red-checkercloth pastas and meat dishes are competently executed. But for the good stuff, order the regional specialties the Roman chefs do best: the handmade pastas, the lasagna, the veal dishes, and the creative nightly specials. Some nights the waiters can’t be found, other nights they’re attuned to your slightest request.
