Hayward's first outpost of this popular Hawaiian fast-food chain serves dozens of variations on the Hawaiian "plate lunch" — teriyaki chicken, fried mahi mahi, shrimp curry, all with two scoops of rice and one of macaroni salad. The Japanese- and Korean-style barbecue meats and the Hawaiian roasted pork take the prize; most dishes come straight from Fry Daddy, so pig out at your own risk.
