Perhaps the most inviting aspect of this shoebox-sized restaurants linoleum and faux-wood decor are the lacquered ducks and crispy-skinned pork haunches hanging from hooks behind the counter. Theyre good, as are many of the homey Cantonese dishes on the menu big pea sprouts with black mushrooms, the steamed tofu stuffed with shrimp. Navigating the hundred-item menu can seem daunting until you convince the cheerfully bossy staff to help you pick out the good stuff.
