GAUGUIN at West Edge Opera

Paul Gauguin. The story of his life, his community, his struggles as an artist, from Paris to exotic Tahiti. Told in his own words with beautiful music evocative of Debussy, directed and choreographed by Yannis Adoniou with Mark Streshinsky, and conducted by Mary Chun. A collaboration with Kunst-Stoff Dance and sfSound featuring baritone Anders Froehlich, soprano Shawnette Sulker and Kunst-Stoff dancers Plenty of parking and a 10-minute walk from El Cerrito Plaza BART.
