More than half of DJs regulars come from Mitteleuropa for a taste of home, and on a busy night the dining room is a Babel Tower of Central European languages and accents. Czech-born chef and owner Jerry Sedivy puts out generous plates of hearty roasts, stews, and dumplings. A couple of the dishes suffer from an intense sweet-sour aesthetic, but the schnitzel, goulash, and Moravian pork roast are particularly good; nor have vegetarians been forgotten.
