Though barely more than a grill and three tables, De Afghanan is worth a drive. If you want to taste the stuffed, grilled breads, arrive early, because they're made to order and the place gets packed by 8 p.m. Otherwise, content yourself with one of the four kabobs (chicken, beef, lamb, and ground beef), and see if you can convince the staff to pile your plate extra high with jaw-droppingly good side salads.
