Juana Ojeda worked for Nido for one year as a bartender. She was the one that created the recipe for the Tres Rojas margarita pictured in the article. It has been one of the restaurants top margarita sellers for the last three years.
During her 7 year tenure at Tamarindo as a bartender she was also responsible for creating their Tamarindo margarita recipe. 10 years later it's still on the menu and a crowd favorite.
