Save to foursquare

Newly remodeled, Binh Minh Quan should be named 1001 Vietnamese Nights, because the massive menu will keep you coming back over and over and over again. On the low end of the price range, you can find steamy, beefy bowls of pho (noodle soup) and $6 plates of “broken rice” with some combination of meat and veg. More refined dinners — and this is where the restaurant stands out — focus on lotus root salad, caramel-sauce catfish, stuffed squid, and paper-thin slices of venison and wild boar cooked at the table.
