Best Bar for a Bender: There's no sin in occasional excess
Arnie's Time Out
Designate a driver before heading to Arnie's Time Out. In fact, designate that driver to call a cab, because nobody's coming home sober. Who'd want to? With its worn hardwood floors, well-stocked bar, eclectic jukebox, and every bar game ever conceived plugged into something somewhere, Arnie's is one of the last gravel-parking-lot roadhouses that pulls off the look and feel of rough and tumble with grace and a sense of family. Nothing is put on here. Arnie's is as it is and always has been, and if you can accept Arnie's, the place can accept you. Patrons come from all walks of life. On an average night you may find yourself expounding on any given topic, or just nuzzling your brewski and bemoaning the home team it's all welcomed. But heed the warning: You may find yourself unable to leave. In the event that you wake up with regrets, just return the next day for a cold brew and a sympathetic ear.
