Razan's used to be a food truck parked on the edge of the UC Berkeley campus, offering tasty burritos with fresh ingredients such as spinach and basil and grilled veggies. Now that Razan has opened up in a permanent spot, the fresh veggies have a prominent place on a menu that is not strictly vegetarian, but is all organic: the meat, the veggies, the olive oil used to fry the potatoes, and even the ketchup. Check out grilled salmon and homemade French fries as well as chicken, veggie, and beef fajitas and a mushroom burrito, to name a few. One filling favorite at this tiny slip of a restaurant is the chicken shish-kabab wrap, a tasty combination of grilled chicken, sesame tahini, grilled veggies, and yogurt.
